    3rd Central Apartments are minutes east of Portland in beautiful Historic Downtown Gresham. Going east on Interstate 84, take the Fairview exit. Turn right on Fairview Parkway, and drive south, turn left on Glisan and drive east. At the stop light turn right on Eastman Parkway (223rd), and drive south for about a mile (go through Burnside and Division). And then turn left on 3rd St., and drive east. 3rd Central Apartments are the first building on the right side. Park in the visitors parking by the garage and our friendly on site staff will be ready to assist you!

    Underground Gated Garage

    Every apartment has an assigned parking space that is included with rent. Management will take into consideration each tenets vehicle size and will re-assign spaces if it is deemed necessary. A secondary parking stall can be rented for $50 per month.




    Bike rakes are provided in the garage. And there are plenty to go around.

    Behind 3rd Central is our Community Plaza. Most people are surprised to find it during their tour. The Plaza is set up for residents to use as they please. They can have their morning coffee at a bistro table as they read the newspaper. Or they can enjoy the beauty of the rain garden.

    Our Rain Garden is eco-friendly. The rain garden is a planted depression that allows rain water to run from the roof down to the garden. This reduces rain runoff by allowing rain water to soak into the ground and conserve water in our garden. Rain gardens can cut down on the amount of pollution reaching creeks and streams. The plants in our rain garden are native to the Oregon region.

    Application Process

    1. Tour apartments and choose unit
    2. Fill out application and proof of notice document
    3. Turn in paperwork and $50 application fee (per unmarried adult) to a leasing agent
    4. 2-3 Business days later you will receive a phone call informing you if you've been approved or denied
    5. After approval you have 72 hours to say you want the unit
    6. Sign paperwork, pay rent (no deposit,  no last months rent), get keys, move-in.
